“Panóptico” reflects on the mechanisms of surveillance, control, and exposure in the digital age. Inspired by Bentham’s panoptic architecture, it transposes this metaphor to the present, where technology observes, records, and conditions our daily behavior. Through various disciplines, the installation explores the tension between looking and being looked at, revealing the fragility of privacy in a hyperconnected society. The works question the supposed freedom offered by social media and reveal the paradox between voluntary exposure and structural surveillance. The exhibition invites critical reflection on how information becomes a tool of control.
